An overview on prerequisites of and different skills for creativity and innovation in individual & team settings is given. The focus of this lecture is clearly on building competencies - not just acquiring knowledge.

KurzbeschreibungDas Base Camp ist eine intensive Kick Off Veranstaltung für Teilnehmer und Coaches der Fokusprojekte. Während der 3 Tage arbeiten die Teams aktiv an Ihren Projekten und profitieren von dem Austausch mit den anderen Projekten. Basierend auf der jeweiligen Entwicklungsaufgabe der einzelnen Fokusprojekte durchlaufen die Teams vielzählige Designaufgaben.
Lernziel- Inhaltliche Auseinandersetzung mit dem Projekt (Problem verstehen, Nutzer identifizieren, Lösungsideen generieren)
- Herangehensweisen der Produktentwicklung erlernen (Iterationen, Testing, Prototyping, Prinzipien, Projektmanagement)
- Soft skills weiterentwickeln (Präsentieren, Feedback, Team & Rollen)
- Ready to start (Motivation, Vision, kritische Fragen, Projektplan)
InhaltDie Lehrveranstaltung ist durch ein sich wiederholenden Zyklus von: input lecture - team activity - presentation & feedback charakterisiert.
Dabei werden verschiedene Prototypen gebaut, Inhalte präsentiert und gemeinsam weiterentwickelt, sowie das Grundlagenwissen für teambasierte Produktentwicklung vermittelt.

LernzielTeilnehmende bekommen Tipps, Hinweise und Hintergrundinformationen von Dozierenden mit grosser Praxiserfahrung, welche im laufenden Projekt angewendet werden.

KurzbeschreibungAim is enhancement of knowledge and competency regarding coaching skills. Participants should be coaches of focus projects. Topics: Overview of the role and mind set of a coach as, introduction into coaching methodology, building competencies by doing and exchanging good practices from former focus projects.
LernzielBasic knowledge about role and mindset of a coach;
Knowledge and reflection about the classical problems in coaching of a focus project;
Development of personal coaching skills;
Knowledge and know-how about coaching methods;
Reflection and exchange of experiences about personal coaching situations;
Inspiration and learning from good cases regarding organizational and team management aspects.
