Abstract | The course focuses on the legal aspects of agricultural trade agreements. |
Objective | 1. The students shall be able to understand the legal framework of agricultural trade agreements. 2. The course aims at analyzing legal, political and economic aspects of agricultural trade regulations. 3. Special emphasis is placed on the ongoing negotiations on an agricultural free trade agreement between Switzerland and the European Union. |
