AbstractSocial norms and institutions impact people's behavior, economic activity, solving political conflicts and the welfare of nations. Property rights, democratic institutions, patent rights, financial market and environmental regulations serve as examples of institutions. The conference will discuss new approaches of the design, evolution, impact, and change of social norms and institutions.
ObjectiveStudents will learn about the most recent and innovative research on the emergence, stability and impact of social norms and institutions (theory, applications, experimental research) presented by worldwide leading experts.
