AbstractThis course is a sequel to the one-year basic course. Students' level should come up to the level of the basic course (two terms, with two lessons per week). In case of doubt please contact the teacher prior to the beginning of the term.
Registration for the course at is obligatory!
ObjectiveThe course focuses on speaking, reading comprehension and auding as well as on cultural competence.
Working forms: Single, pair, and group work, and plenum. The course is supported by e-learning.
ContentThese are the contents of the course: talking about food and meals; indicating quantity; saying that one needs something or has to buy something; making sales talk; naming dishes and cutlery; making invitations; asking for an explanation of an unknown term; uttering congratulations and wishes; describing one's day; naming activities in the present, the past and the futuer; talking about one's way to the working place. The course is supported by the learning platform OLAT.
Lecture notesWe work with the textbook "Otlitschno A2". Students are asked to acquire the "Kursbuch" (ISBN 978-3-19-004478-8), "Arbeitsbuch mit 2 Audio-CDs" (ISBN 978-3-19-014478-5) and the "Audio-CD zum Kursbuch" (ISBN 978-3-19-024478-2).
