CommentThe block course takes place at the ABZ (Ausbildungszentrum für die Schweizer Fleischwirtschaft) in Spiez from June 21 to June 22, 2017. The course fee is CHF 150.-. The course only takes place if at least 25 students are enrolled. At the end of March 2017 the decistion about the course realisation is taken.

Prerequisite: Participation in "Quality of Products of Animal Origin" (751-7800-00L, course regularly offered during the spring semester).
