Course during five consecutive days in the Engiadina valley, Switzerland: Introduction to the ecology of the Swiss National Park. Discussion of current field studies in the Park and the surroundings. 2.5 days for field assessments and measurements in groups, analyses and presentation of results.
Objective
Get to know basics in experimental and sampling design in respect to the assessment of population and vegetation data. In the workshop, students learn about the data assessment, the adequate data processing and analysis, as well as about the scientific reporting.
Prerequisites / Notice
The course fee of approximately CHF 150 has to be paid by the participants. The fee has to be transferred by April 14, 2018 - information about the account will be sent to the persons registered after the registration period is over. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 14.
