Content | Hyphenation of separation with identification methods such as GC-MS, LC-MS, GC-IR, LC-IR, LC-NMR etc.; importance of speciation. Modern mass spectrometry: time-of-flight, orbitrap and ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry, ICP-MS. Soft ionization methods, desorption methods, spray methods. Mass spectrometry imaging.
